About Us
The Medical Center Finance Office has the responsibility for:
- Developing the GUMC Financial Plan and related goals;
- Interacting with the University's CFO on all GUMC fiscal matters;
- Reviewing business plans and proposals and meeting overall business objectives;
- Setting departmental budgets and reviewing actual performance; and
- Ensuring prudent use of all GUMC resources to include compliance with University and GUMC policies.
